Welcome to TIKU, the premier puzzle application designed for discerning enthusiasts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our premium puzzle application and define the relationship between you and TIKU. By using TIKU, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TIKU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Age Requirement

Application License

• Use the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the application
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content when creating custom puzzles
• Share, distribute, or attempt to transfer coins or premium content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase requirements
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the application

Intellectual Property Rights

TIKU and all its content, including but not limited to puzzles, images, graphics, software, text, and audio, are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by TIKU or our licensors. You acknowledge that:

• You have no ownership rights in TIKU beyond the limited license granted herein
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to TIKU
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission

Custom Puzzle Content

When creating custom puzzles using your own images:

• You retain ownership rights to your original images
• You grant TIKU a limited license to process, store, and display your images for puzzle creation purposes
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any uploaded content
• You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or infringing content without notice

Service Availability and Updates

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that TIKU will always be accessible or error-free. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Update the application to improve functionality and security
• Add or remove puzzle content at our discretion

Updates and Modifications

We may update TIKU and these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of the application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
